This after-school program gives 3rd–5th grade students the opportunity to build confidence, improve coordination, and enjoy the challenge of playing multiple sports in a supportive environment. The focus shifts from learning basic movements to using skills through modified games, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Students will spend significant time playing pickleball and volleyball through age-appropriate game situations. Coaches create modified versions of play that allow students to experience serving, returning, teamwork, communication, and decision-making while keeping everyone active and involved. Volleyball activities include skill-based challenges and simulated game play focused on passing, setting, and working together.

Throughout the session, students will also have opportunities to explore golf and lacrosse through focused skill days. Golf activities may include driving, chipping, putting, and golf games. Lacrosse activities may include passing, catching, shooting, and team-based challenges.

Each class balances instruction, competition, and fun. Students continue developing athletic skills while learning important sports habits such as listening to teammates, showing good sportsmanship, and applying skills in game situations.

All equipment is provided, and activities are designed specifically for school spaces using creative coaching, small-group instruction, and age-appropriate challenges.
