A golf-focused multi-sport class designed to build skills, confidence, and game understanding through four exciting sports: golf, pickleball, volleyball, and lacrosse.

This engaging after-school class is designed for elementary students who are ready for more structured coaching, skill development, and opportunities to apply what they learn. Students build athletic foundations while developing sport-specific skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Golf is a primary focus of the program, with students spending significant time developing their swing through driving, chipping, and putting activities. Coaches work with students to build proper technique while keeping practice enjoyable and age-appropriate. Students are encouraged to continue practicing and developing their skills as long as they are engaged and enjoying the challenge.

Students also develop skills in pickleball, volleyball, and lacrosse through guided instruction and modified game experiences. Pickleball activities include forehands, backhands, serving, and coach-guided point play. Volleyball activities focus on individual skills such as setting and bumping, with coaches creating simplified game-like situations without the need for a net. Lacrosse activities include passing, catching, and shooting to build coordination and confidence with the sport.

Each class balances skill development with fun, age-appropriate challenges. Students learn how to listen to coaching, practice specific techniques, work with teammates, and begin applying their skills in small-group game situations.

Golf, pickleball, volleyball, and lacrosse are all sports that require technical skill development, yet many children are not introduced to them until later elementary school. Early exposure allows students to build a strong foundation, develop confidence, and enjoy learning new sports before they encounter more competitive environments.

Our curriculum is designed specifically for school spaces and uses creative coaching, small-group instruction, and age-appropriate equipment to provide meaningful sports experiences even when traditional game setups are not possible.

Why Golf?

Golf is a lifelong sport that enhances hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and focus.

It’s especially great for helping quieter kids gain confidence and assisting active kids in improving concentration.

Our progressive curriculum introduces golf fundamentals in a structured yet fun way starting with Setup and Chipping with Pitching Wedges and introducing Drivers as soon as Week 3 with the goal of at least class each session dedicated to Putting.

Why Lacrosse?

The oldest team sport in North America and one of the fastest-growing youth sports.

Our USA Lacrosse-certified curriculum director has coached youth teams at one of Oregon’s largest youth lacrosse programs and has designed a program that introduces shooting, passing, and catching using youth lacrosse sticks and hacky sacks for a fun, safe introduction to the sport.

Why Volleyball?

The #1 high school and college team sport for girls and the fastest growing sport for boys.

Most kids don’t receive proper volleyball instruction until 12U club volleyball, usually in 5th grade

Our US Volleyball-certified curriculum director (former NCAA Division I volleyball player & elite club coach) has designed a program that introduces overhead setting, forearm passing, serving, and spiking using lightweight Molten “First Touch” volleyballs (only 5 ounces) to ensure fun and safety.

Why Pickleball?

A fast-growing, easy-to-learn sport that kids can enjoy from day one.

A fun introduction to court-based sports without needing a full net or court.

Why Schoolyard Sports?

Convenient after school programs offered at school, right when kids are ready to play

Safe, structured, and fun learning with trained, background-checked coaches

Give your child the chance to explore multiple sports, develop new skills, and have fun after school!
